- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
- I will make reasonable adjustments to my art style to suit your need, but please beware that art style is not something you can change drastically. Please make sure my style is what you are looking for!
- I do not authorize my art/designs to be used for NFT or any form of cryptocurrency.

- Payment must be done through PayPal or Bizum.
- Note that the prices I give are listed in EURO.
- The commission must be paid 100% upfront before I begin drawing.
- Do not send me any payment until I have agreed to give you a slot

Before starting the commission, you have to send me a proper visual reference of the subject you want me to draw. An unclear reference might lead me to get wrong the physical appearance of the subject.
-Not all commissions will be accepted-

-Once I accept your request, you have to do the payment-When payment is done, you will be placed in a waiting list. Then you’ll be assigned a rough date of when the work begins.I could have other commissions to do before yours, priority will be given to who paid first.

If you have hurry, I can work on your commission before others, but it will be subject to extra costs.

Once I start working on your commission, estimated delivery times are 3 days to 2 weeks. Times may change depending on the type/size of the project and on the amount of work I have (conventions, studies, online shop and secret proyects).

- You may request up to 3 changes before the end of the sketch phase. Only minor edits will be allowed after sketching phase (as color changes, simple details).
- You will receive digital files for the commission. No physical item will be provided.
- If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you had previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount charged will depend on the change you want me to make.
- The above notes do not apply if a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

I, as the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer.Therefore I am may use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Display, post, or promote myself with it anywhere (my website, social media, etc.)
- Stream the process.
- Make prints/stickers/other merchandise if it’s fanart (we can discuss it).You, the buyer, are allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Claim the character(s) as your own (if you created them), but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote yourself.
- Use the artwork on your Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
- I’d appreciate you crediting me for the artwork anywhere you post it, but this is not a requirementThe following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; Making money off of it in any way without permission.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.

- I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the commission at any time for any reason.
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
- If, for any reason, I am no longer able to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will get a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

- The full resolution image via drive when the artwork is completed.
- You may also specify if you want the image to be in the form of a PDF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF.
